Truman

This is Truman, our newest pup to the Labrador Retriever family. I went to
Texas to get him. In a whirlwind trip from Maine to Texas he came home to
join the 3 Black Lab family. I watched this breeder for more than 4 years -
almost the same amount of time to open/run the kennel/daycare...

I wanted to get my husband a "Duck Dog" one of his nicknames along with
"The Truminator".

He is the most wonderful dog (and I'm not just saying this cause I own him!)

of the breeding crew - how awesome was it to meet not only Truman's
parents but also his grandmother and great-grandmother?!?!?

How nice was it to show up early (cause you should not use Mapquest or
any of the other mapping software to judge hours- especially when TX
speed limits actually exceed Maines! LOL) interupting their breakfast and
have them welcome me whole-heartedly into their home, spend lots of time
with me, get to meet the relatives (of Tru) and also all their other
kennel/breeding dogs - I wanted to move in! We are very happy with the
Truman (means Faithful Man) and so are all that he has met thus far in his
little time in Maine - he loves the snow, his siblings and especially FOOD!
