Some FAQ's
Is someone there all the time?  We live here - the dogs are out early in the morning til late bathroom break before bed.  We are
also pleased to announce that we have just hired a groomer and our first part-time employee!

Do you have an outside job?  No, this is my one and only job.  Bruce does have a "regular" job, but he likes to help out and loves to
visit with the dogs.

Why do you have specific pick-up and drop-off times?  Most facilities do.  It's really not a good thing for dogs to be disrupted
by traffic all day long.  Playgroups are supervised and I'm only one person.  This is our home as well as a business.

Why can't I bring my dogs bed or toys?  Dogs are possessive of their own things.  It's also for sanitary and facility environment
reasons.  We provide bedding, bowls and toys.

Why do dogs have to be Spayed or Neutered?  A few reasons - some are behavior related, one is insurance liability related
and mostly because if you are not a responsible breeder or have an actively shown show dog I am a huge supporter of S/N - there are
too many unwanted dogs and animals in shelters.  If you have an unaltered dog, there are a couple of places around us that accept
unaltered pets.

Can I see the facility?  No, we do not give tours - there are pictures of the kennels, the indoor and outdoor play yards on the website
and from the lobby/entrance you can see the grooming facilities. It's not a zoo or a shelter and is disruptive and stressful for dogs.   I know
it's fun for you to see all the different dogs - but it is not fun for them.  We also have insurance restrictions for the safety of all (human and
canine).  We will also be more than pleased to proved references - both from clients and local Vets.

Can my dogs stay in the same kennel?  Yes, if they fit.  We have large indoor/outdoor runs - depending on the breed of dogs they
usually can stay together.  We also built all the kennels to become shared kennels - meaning even if you have 2 Great Danes and they
can't stay in the same kennel - they can be next to eachother and the middle door opens so they can visit but have the space of 2 kennels
to strech out and sleep - unless they choose to cram in together which is ok too!

Is your facility heated?  Of course!  We are also air conditioned for the summer!

Why does my dog have to be socialized?  We are not a traditional boarding facility - therefore your dog or dogs must be well
socialized with other canine friends as they play all day in play group.  If your dog is not well socialized with both males and females,
humans, or different breeds we are happy to refer you to a traditional facility.
